Precision CNC machining

We perform CNC machining with tolerances of up to ± 0.015 mm using 3-axis, 5-axis, and horizontal machining centers. Thanks to these modern technologies, we can handle a wide range of manufacturing tasks – from standard components to complex, multi-sided parts with demanding shapes.
We use 3-axis machining mainly for standard milling operations, while 5-axis machining allows us to perform complex machining of parts in a single clamping, which increases accuracy and reduces production time. We use horizontal machining mainly for larger parts that cannot be processed efficiently on 3-axis machines due to their size or shape. This flexibility ensures high precision even when machining larger and technically demanding parts.
In addition to modern horizontal centers, we continue to use classic horizontal machines, which serve us well, especially for deep drilling.
During machining, we use angle brackets, magnetic plates, magnetic houses, and other clamping devices that allow us to clamp parts firmly and accurately from different sides. This enables us to ensure consistent quality, production efficiency, and meet even the most demanding requirements of our customers.
